Fortiss recruiters, located throughout Northern California, assist with candidate screening and the on-boarding process for many of California’s finest casinos. What makes us different from other recruiting firms is that we don’t just recruit from within the industry, our team also looks externally to hire for potential – attitude, aptitude and ethics.


Our client casinos and Third-Party Proposition Player organizations offer opportunities for candidates with the desire and enthusiasm to work in the gaming industry and who show a passion for customer service. Prior casino gaming experience is not always a requirement. For some positions, we offer training to new employees who possess the basic aptitude and skill sets required for the position.


As a “Fortiss Plan Participant”, full-time employees are eligible to receive a comprehensive benefit package including Medical, dental, vision and 401K.


To comply with California gaming requirements, applicants must undergo a full background check and drug screen. For most positions, applicants must be 21 years of age and should have the ability to receive and maintain a valid gambling license and work permit issued by appropriate government agencies. Convictions may be grounds for denial, revocation, or suspension of a gaming license.
